Things you want to know:
Terms & Conditions for Cap & Gown Portrait Session
1. Booking & Retainer: A 50% retainer is required to secure your session date and time. The retainer is non-refundable and will be applied to the total balance of the booked session.
2. Payments & Refunds: All payments made for the session are non-refundable. Funds paid are applicable only to the specific session that has been booked. Fees cannot be used as credit for any other services, products, or sessions offered by Rhode Island Portraits.
3. Cancellations & Session Forfeiture: Cancellations made by the client will result in forfeiting any tickets or sessions that have been reserved. If a session is canceled, no refunds will be issued, and any payments made will be retained by Rhode Island Portraits as compensation for time and resources allocated.
4. Session Time Upgrade: To include family and friends, upgrade the session to 60 minutes. This option must also be selected when booking if you have 2 or more than graduates.
5. Additional Graduates & Friends: Additional graduates may be added to the session at a cost of $75 per person. This must be arranged prior to the session date. For each additional graduate, the package includes an extra 5 edited images.
6. Additional Images: Any additional images beyond what is included in the package are available for purchase. Please inquire about pricing at the time of booking or during your session. Once booked, sessions cannot be rescheduled unless inclement weather demands so. Reschedule due to inclement weather will be completed on established rain date.
